I was in with my husband to have them change out his news rims and a gentleman have him a quote of $73, we forgot the lug nuts at home so went to get them and when we got back a different gentlemen helped us and told us they can't do it for the previous quote given and it would come to $123. The gentleman who gave us the $73 quote just stood there and acted like he had nothing to do with it and tried to say didn't someone else give you a quote first? He didn't say anything not even apologize then left. The gentleman said he was saving us money with the $123 quote. They also said the lug nuts currently on our rims wouldn't work for the news rims hoping to sell us theirs, but we already had another set at home. Now we are at Les Schwab and they said the lug nuts we had will work and we are only paying $93 here. Two men from Discount Tires said they would work and two said they wouldn't. It would've been a different story if the gentleman apologized for giving us in incorrect quote! Man up!
