Be aware that this storage facility will raise your prices every 6 months 10-20% from the time you get a unit. They have raised mine 4 times even though their manager Brandon assured me they won't anymore. I am paying almost double what I was exactly 2 years ago ($130 went to $210). They have no set price per square foot so they charge each unit and customer differently which seems unfair. Also there is a lot of theft here and insurance is needed. My storage neighbor's unit (F63) was broken into and robbed 2 times in a matter of a few days. No security after hours with a huge homeless population near by is bad news.
