Do NOT rent from Chattan Investements. They manage many of the condos in Shannonwood Place and Shannonwood Park and they are bullies who think if you live in their property they run your life. They will threaten you, come into your condo without permission, make regular unannounced visits to randomly inspect your housekeeping, change the rules and regulations of the lease term and overall treat you poorly. They are liars and out to scam people.

My experience with Chattan Investments has been a nightmare. Beware of renting or investing with them. They are extremely unprofessional and do not value their renters in any way.
