Do not waste your money at The Laundry on Pantano! I went to wash blankets and haven't used my laundry card, which still had money on it, in over a year. Not only did the rude attendant tell me that the card wasn't theirs but proceed to call me a liar and started to argue with me. I have a washer and dryer at home, I don't go to the laundry mat unless I am washing my winter blankets. Alice, you shouldn't be in customer service!

The cleanest and best maintained laundromat I have ever used. The staff is always courteous and helpful.

This place has the worst customer servive . The woman who was working there is the rudest person I've ever met at this place . I had my comfeter in a dryer for 45 min and never dried when I told her the dryer was not heating hr response was "my dryer is working there is nothing I can do .I can't refund you any time " and simply walked away .. rude and. Disrespctful woman .... never go to this place .

I like it that there is someone there all the time - lots of good magazines, vending machines, next door to Howie's Pizza and Yokahama Rice Bowl. Instead of using change, they have you buy and use a card, which you can put money on (cash only). This makes it easy (to not have to collect change!). They also have extra large heavy duty machines, along with super load machines (both front loading), along with regular top loading machines. Lots of carts, and there is a wash, dry and fold service too (which I haven't used).
