I have bought my glasses from Eyeglass World or whatever they are calling themselves now for about five years. A total of probably ten pairs of glasses and up until now I always felt I was treated with respect there. However I called to get an appointment for my wife to have her eyes checked, and told them we were driving about 80 miles to get there. The lady on the phone said to be at the store around 9 am the next day and they would get us right in. She took my wife's name, so I thought we had an appointment. Made it to the store at about 9:10 am next day to be told there was someone ahead of us and they could get us in probably at 9:45. I indicated I had called, and the woman as me what she was supposed to do about it, the doctor wasn't in until 9:30 and someone was waiting ahead of us. She was very rude, I ended up leaving with my prescription as I needed a pair of glasses and we went else where to get my wife's eyes checked. We will not go back to a rude worker again. Goodbye.
