If I could give negative stars I would, 1 star is to much. My truck broke down in Utica, called AAA, was told about an hour, fine I get that. When the tow jockey Jeremy showed up, he VERY rudely informed me he could not tow me. The reason I was given is that my truck had stuff in the bed, a dining room table and chairs. I was of course upset, tried to explain to him I could not just leave the stuff on the side of the road. He became very condescending, talking down to me like I was an idiot. I told him you should go, you are making me angry. He continued to belittle me, I replied with "FUDGE off" (but I did not say fudge). At his point this driver, a representative of this company, starts to curse and threaten me. He told me that he would call AAA and have my membership revoked, and nobody would ever tow me again.



Worse way any one could have handled the issues at hand.

This business does not even deserve ONE star! I got my car towed by them after blowing a tire, and when the driver was lifting my car onto tow bed and off, he cracked my front bumper on my car. When he got out to see the damage he had done, he handed me a business card and said call the owner.

After NUMEROUS attempts of calling a rude secretary to leave messages for the owner Dave, 2 weeks later he finally answered and met me at their business and said he would take responsibility, so we took pictures and he said he would call his shop and let me know when I could bring my car in.

After another 3 weeks of calling, I got AAA involved to which he ended up denying responsibility and saying he had nothing to do with it. What a crook and horrible owner for wasting my time and money, needless to say I was in the middle of selling my car so I had to drop my price! I would never recommend dealing with this company!!!!
