My parents bought a brand new RV here in 2013. Sales people were very nice. However, service is terrible. They do not stand by their products and RV was there for weeks without being looked at despite having an "appointment". Had to cancel two camping trips as a result of the poor/non-existent service. Would recommend going elsewhere for such a large purchase. Good luck if you buy from Shaeffer's!
