I ordered a holster from them a while back, and there was a slight issue with the order. I wrote an email to complain, and I didn't ever hear back from them. I'm not sure what type of company won't even issue an apology when they make a mistake, but they have lost my business. Any company that can't apologize for a simple issue clearly has issues. Do not do business with them.

I had a less than acceptable experience with this company. I ordered a magazine and was notified weeks later that is was on "backorder". That would have been nice to know before I gave my credit card information. Turns out that backorder means they don't plan on making the product until they get several orders...that also would have been good to know before I waited three months for the product to arrive. when I finally got the order cancelled they were very short with me and no apology was ever given. I will not be doing business with them again.

Over a year ago I purchased a magazine for an old Astra pistol from Triple K. The magazine was not manufactured correctly and the ammunition would not feed into the gun's chamber. I returned the defective magazine to Triple K and when I got it back the problem had been made worse by their attempted fix. I have emailed them about this several times, but have not gotten a response. I am stuck with a defective magazine and I am out $50. Buyer beware when dealing with them. This site won't let me give them less than a one star rating, otherwise there would be no stars.

A little mix up on my order, but was resolved quickly and easily. I would highly recommend this vendor for future parts.
