River Terrace Restaurant is San Angelo's premiere fine-dining establishment, located in the heart of the city on the beautiful Concho River. Our top-quality food is prepared daily from scratch by Chef Earl Mulley, a graduate of Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Restaurant features an extensive wine cellar and, with one of the best views in San Angelo, provides a truly unique dining experience.
