      I am very disappointed in the service I have received the last few times I took my Shi-itzu here. The environment has completely changed. I used to feel like the groomer knew me personally, but now I feel that my dog is just another number. I was told the last time I came in that my dog had received a teeth cleaning. But today I was pushed to get another cleaning and the employee who was supposed to clean his teeth couldn't remember if he had performed the service. After bringing my dog home he started throwing up. He has never done this. I called the groomer to see if he had gotten into something and they chalked it up to stress. Why is my dog feeling stressed? We have been going there for a year now and this has never happened. I have also noticed that my dog sits in the groomer for about 3 hours each time I have brought him in recently. Today I brought him in at 1:00 and he wasn't ready until after 5:00pm. I don't think that is normal at all. It is pointless for him to be in a stressful environment for several hours if it is simply due to your business being behind. It would be more courteous to receive a phone call to bring him in at a later time. I also noticed you have added new fees to your prices that I was not aware of until I came in today. I am sorry to say that I am not bringing my dog here anymore.
