Wow what a bunch of thieving scumbags!! My truck was stuck off of a county road. The police were called and they came out and made a report that the truck needed to be towed and listed all of the visible items in the truck, stereo system, subs, ect. When I went to pick the truck up the next day everything was stolen. Not only was the content of the truck missing, but my light bar and battery where also stolen. At first they told me that it came in that way until they realized everything was listed on the police report. Once they couldn't find my stolen items, they told me that I would need to produce receipts for the missing items. So basically within 24 hours of them towing it $1700 worth of electronics were stolen. At this point they obviously didn't make me pay for the towing and said they would pay to replace the stolen items. I went down to the main office the next day with a list of bare minimum prices and they offered me $400. Natomas Towing is one of the most shady businesses I've ever dealt with.

Natomas Towing was absolutely wonderful. I called AAA for towing assistance after a car accident. They arrived within 10 minutes after I hung up the phone. The towers name was Anders. He was not only quick and efficient but extremely helpful. He found an auto body shop close to me and talked me through the whole thing. He even had good advice to give me if my car was totaled. He made the expierence actually enjoyable! I'd like to thank Anders and Natomas Towing for top of the line service.Sincerely, Jesse
