Road Runner Store in Carytown has great customer service. I stopped in one afternoon to purchase running shoes, and the salesman assessed what type of shoe I needed based on my foot's arch, how I ran in the store, etc. Wonderful service that in the end paired me with a very comfortable shoe. So, you may wonder why the 3-star rating? The store's return policy is for in-store credit only, even on an unused item. So please be warned...if you have "buyer's remorse" or decide the product you bought isn't for you, you will only have the options of exchange or in-store credit.
