I took my truck here because my truck couldnt pass emissions. They took forever with my truck. On top of that they damaged my truck and told me it was already there ..... I have proof from the emissions place that it wasn't if I had money to take them to court I would of $600+ in damage on top of that they left garbage in my truck . the light came on right as I got home...so they rigged it just enoght to pass. Oh and better yet I changed my brakes myself a month before going into the shop..got my truck back brake light came on checked my brakes they were warn and rusted they swtiched out my new brakes. I talked to the manager and all they had to say was all the damage was already there... Do not take you car here .not even if your desperate

Do not go here

I had a vehicle that would not pass emissions because of the monitors not being ready. I called the state tech and he said there has to be something wrong with it. I did the research as to what was going on with the problem and found out it is a real pain to get the monitors to set for my car, I have to drive it under certain conditions. After driving a lot they still did not pass so I took it to the place that the state tech said to bring it which was here. They said there is something wrong with it for it not to pass. They wanted 110 dollars just to hook it up to their tester. I said forget it and left. I drove the car for a lot longer and presto it passed. I had no work done to it I just drove it. So much for them being honest. I am sure they would have said there was something wrong with my car when there was not. I am sure they would have charged me more then the 110 so again find somewhere else to go to have repairs done

I work there every day. I have worked there for nearly 15 years. My mother opened this business over 20 years ago.

If you onto the lot, the first question you might be asked is do you need an oil change. we do much more than change oil, and the employees are taught to first determine what the customer might need...and the most common opening line is do you need an oil change. not what kind of oil do you want.

95% of people who do get an oil change, do not have an oil preference. 90% + of our customers are repeat customer and already have a preference. rarely is someone asked what kind of oil do you want. the most common question is leading into our most common oil. Is (whatever weight oil is recommended by manufacturer) 5w30 for example ok?

oil change establishments like oil experts have opening questions that have no meaning to a person like do you want or special service, or super service or super special service.

if in the course of doing a couple thousand oil changes per month, we accidently put the wrong oil into your vehicle, we have no problem, draining out the oil, and putting in what you want. after working 450 minutes per week, I really have no problem spending 2-3 minutes making a really small problem correct.

if you cannot contact me, or my parents, you really have never been to my place of business.
