Provided by YP.comLook I know thier a business, but growing up in Philly I remember when they cared about helping you, it so much about just getting as much from you as they can, look I'm an adult, I know bills are part of living, but you can't always see hard times are when things get tight, they use to go that extra step and really help. I know Alot of people abused the help and I'm sure that's part of it and for the most part the people I speak to are nice, they also have people that are beyond unpleasant to deal with when your facing financial difficulties. I'm not saying anyone should be entitled to anything, like I said it's part of life. Just wish they dealt with customers depending on how that costumer has been in the past and not liable everyone the same and treat everyone lije their trying to get over on them, it's a shame but the company has really declined in help, service, care and overall support for people going threw hard times. Atleast in my dealings with them.

Provided by YP.comPECO's customer service is not too bad considering how busy they get. And they are always friendly to me. I usually overpay my bill months in advance so I don't have to write out and mail as many checks.

Provided by YP.comIt amazes me how Peco has the most horrible service ever. I made a payment and was given wrong information by their customer service representative and it has yet to been fixed. They say a supervisor will call you back within 24hours and they do not. If your issue results in an overpayment they do not give you the money back. You have to jump thru hoops to get your own money back. What is the fairness in that.. but yet quick to turn you off for none payment.

Reps are unhelpful, belligerent, rude, untrained and a PUC complaint from all holders of Peco services should be filed
the PECO customer reps are always very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. My husband has also encountered problems while trying to get issues resolved when speaking to reps. He asked to speak w/ a supervisor and the reps response was, "There's no point because she's going to tell you the same thing". After demanding to speak to a supervisor, the rep hung up on my husband. I've also had this issue various times. I think the reps need retraining and need to be monitored more closely. The service is horrible. It's bad enough customers like myself have to pay such outrageous rates just to keep lights on w/ the economy being the way it is. Horrible service!
