Total rip off. He scams everyone for $110 diagnostic. I watched him attempt to charge an elderly man this when he came in for a battery. The man kept saying "for a battery" he was saying oh we will check the vehicle up and down and make sure it's nothing else, blah blah blah after bullied the man some more he gave in. Well, After all it was just a battery! So his total was $265 for a battery and was out in 30 mins.



My story was an engine code cylinder #1 misfire "this was given to me from auto zone" well after all his shenanigans and $110 an his mechanic spending 10 minutes on my truck HE TOLD ME THE SAME THING auto zone did,and has a bill for $989! My understanding was the $110 COMES OFF THE BILL if the work is completed there. Well as a few minutes rolled by he my truck was sitting there no one working on it. You can easily look through a small window and see. They are in no hurry and they do a lot of sitting. It ended up being 500 after I knocked off all the useless items he adds

I can't say enough about this place. I've been for two oil changes and a tire rotation and I will be a long-time customer! The service level and personal approach is very much appreciated. Definitely make this your new car service location!
