We had a great experience with the team that came to clean our house. Ana and Rosa were courteous and hardworking with a willingness to do whatever was necessary to ge the job done. We recommend them to anyone looking for a top notch cleanng service!

They agreed to a 4 hour move out clean showing up anytime from 9 am to 10 am. I asked to shorten the time for them to come at 11 to give us time to move everything around for the cleaning.

Damien argued back and forth me about how they have more valued customers and they can't move a cleaning two hours. I didn't see why it even made a difference considering they would be at our home during the time slot.

Instead of explaining it to me, he agreed to the 11 am and didn't show up. Instead texted me and said the best they can do is 4 so they can accommodate their "regulars". Even told me "Good Luck" finding someone on such short notice. I'm shocked because I would have used them for our new house too. Customer service always matters
