They were able to process all the permits I needed to export my piano to Europe. Thank you so much. these people have absolutely no business ethics, whatsoever. they are expert at bait and switch business tactics. they will offer you a price and then raise it considerably. there are many, many other piano movers in this town--use one of the others. consider yourself warned. oh, and did i mention that they are rude, as well?
