I have been in there many times and they treat each dog with the same love as if it were their own. I see from some local advertising that they still offer new customers $5 off any service.

I found them via Google. I liked the reviews & the photos seemed nice. I called & was able to get a sameday appointment on a Saturday. So at the sceduled time, drove across town to drop our dog off for grooming. Upon arrival I was asked for the dogs shot records, which I did not think to bring with me.

We usually take our dog to another groomer but being that they were booked far in advance, I was just wanting to get our dog groomed since he was past due.

So here I was standing with dog in hand, being refused service because I didn't bring the paperwork with me. It is not a habit to take the dog's medical records with me every time I go out.

Their facility isn't as appears in the Google search results. Actually looks like they've down-sized & the dogs are in little random fenced areas.

Being a business who does this every day, they should make it a standard practice to notify new customers of what to bring with on the first visit.

So hence the 2-star rating. People don't need to be misled or misinformed, especially when it wastes their time/weekend.

Girls are great and prices are reasonable, very accommodating to my schedule. Won't go anywhere else

Poochies Paradise is the best place to take your dog (or dogs). We took our 2 Chihuahua's (Roxy (aka Foxy Roxy) & Hazel (aka Hazel Boo) there for a grooming a couple of months ago. They came back looking so glamorous that we hardly recognized them. The prices are very reasonable & the service was great. The gals knew what they're doing & they really cared about the dogs & their humans. I'd strongly recommend them to any one & everyone.

I used a Dealsaver coupon for services at Poochies Paradise. They did a fantastic job on my dog. I will definitely go back!
