Overall, I'd give the business a 4/5. I purchased a living social deal for the hour long massage from Jay. I was very pleased and relaxed after the massage, as he focuses on your specific "problem areas." There were a few instances that I felt the business could improve. First, the receptionist was a bit rude and short with me. Me being a new client and all, you only get one chance to make a first impression. Second, as Jay was finishing up with his client scheduled before me he looked over and said, "I thought I cancelled all appointments for today because there is construction going on above me." I never recieved a phone call and was offered to reschedule but with my busy schedule I was unable. Third, most businesses whose clients purchase a living social or groupon deal offer an incentive to return, whether it's a dollar amount or percentage off your next visit. I was not offered any incentive and as a business owner with a lot of competition you'd think this would have been done.
Again, I had a wonderful massage and I felt amazing afterward. He asked me through out the massage if the pressure was ok and if I was doing ok and I liked that. I have only had two massages prior to meeting Jay and so far he is my favorite. Would I return? Most likely because he does offer some of the best prices in the area. Hope this helps!
don't bother! i purchased a voucher through living social and cannot redeem it. he is no longer taking on new clients, claims to be overwhelmed and just wants to "get through this." yet, still is offering vouchers through groupons, best of madison, yelp, etc. doesn't make sense. i can't use my voucher because he is too busy, but he is still selling vouchers?
The seventh heaven massage studio sold 575coupons thru LivingSocial. we try to introduce therapeutic massage to all Madison area. Every voucher have one year expiration till June 28th. We did 450 for the first 4 month, after no calls. So we contact Living Social to send remainder to all buyers. So we have over hundred people who was sleeping at all this time, now they try to get massage in last moment, sorry we do not selling DONUTS or TACO we do massages and we have booking system.So till end of the month we don't have any massage opening. It's very shame to rate business without even waking inside. Thank you
Seventh Heaven Massage Studio has literally changed my life. After being in a bad car accident the only thing that has brought me any relief has been the Deep tissue Massage of Madison. I would recommend this massage studio to anyone who is looking for personalized care at a great price.

Seventh Heaven Massage Studio worked wonders on my body! I just had a baby 4 months ago, and my back and shoulders have been super tight. Well, for our anniversary, my husband made an appointment with Jurij Semonas for the Swedish Massage of Madison. It was pure heaven :) The environment was VERY relaxing, and I left feeling like a new woman!
