My wife and I like to sit at the bar and eat dinner, drink a few beers and watch sports. Our experience the last three times have been really bad regarding service. One time we had thee beers and the bar tender said we had to much to drink, my wife and I where insulted. Where like what, he would not discuss what he meant and called the manger over. We observed that he treated people picking up orders with the same unfriendly service. The gentleman had an issue with his order, he would not discuss the issue and called the manager over. Well they fired him, good by. Now they have new bar tenders who ignore you and eventually address that you are sitting at the bar, hello we are here. One was working to glasses clean and stocked, filling ice, etc., hello we are here. Terrible service, someone needs to train these workers on better service.

Ok so me and my buddy Derrick waited for over an hour to get a table and then when we got a table we waited another 30 minutes to get our food! Derrick ordered a burger and said it was a waste of money cuz it's so bad. I ordered a wrap and it gave me a minor stomach ache. Food was bad, service was worse, so don't eat at Red Robin.
