Horrible service. Had an issue with a propane leak. Service manager would not help me in anyway. I was just traveling thru and needed a little of his time to trouble shoot the problem. He said no appointment, no service. Also called the store GM and told him about his sales managers attitude. He of course apologized and started telling me about all the pressure his folks were under. He explained to me that they were more into developing their local business and transients passing through were not really there priority. Well I'm from Texas, and Holiday World RV has lost me as a customer.

Went in to buy an trailer, left a deposit but was unhappy with the deal. They would not return deposit, plus they were trying to get me to register my trailer in NM when I am a Texas resident which is illegal. Whole deal was fishy, I should have ran away when I had the chance.
