On March 25 2016 at the New Iberia Location my car was getting an oil change. Todds professionals did not properly put on the oil filter. Oil was lost and then ENGINE burned in my car. This should not have happened. Waiting to see how it will be handled. Will keep you posted. Todds will never service my cars EVER EVER EVER.

I give this place a 0 rating. We had my husband's truck washed on Sunday (2-24-13) and it was the WORST job ever! It was so dirty that we had to wash it ourselves when we got home. Being a native of New Iberia I wanted to support our local merchants and that it why we went to Todd's and not the other major car wash places. My husband even tipped them $5 in the tip jar after paying $20 for the wash. BIG MISTAKE!!!!! Merchants usually give a guarantee, but this is my personal guarantee......Todd's will never have the chance to do this to us again.

Spend $112 for car wash, wax, carpet shampoo and leather cleaning did a terrible job. They never got my carpet shampoo and did poor job with leather cleaning. Very disappointed with the service.

This guy is horrible! When I took my car there, all the cars were getting backed up, and water was spraying everywhere and Todd just kept looking at squirrels and shiny objects! Geez, how hard is it to focus?!?!?

I am so out done with this place...I don't ask for special detailing ANYMORE, because they never do it, well today..I watched my Tahoe dry in the sun and not be wiped, when I get up to my vehicle..I say "look at the spots" I then open my hatch and it has not be wiped...then they send a girl over to wipe and the first thing she does is shut my hatch without wiping! I proceeded to get in my vehicle and tell her to get away...I will do it myself and left. I AM DONE!

Todds has damaged my car that is 5mths old. That is the todds on Johnston St. After speaking with the supervisor he did every thing he could not to help me. Talk with him on the phone numerous times and was lied to each time. Its been 3 days now and still have not spoke to anyone yet but the liar!!! This so called supervisor told me that there is camera's there and for me to go and have a look. Well when i get there I could not look at the camera's. This people are not only not trustworthy they are con artist. DO NOT BRING YOUR CARS HERE!!! Have not been to the dealership yet to see the cost of the damaged!

Todd's Car wash damaged my vehicle today. I tried to talk to a manager, and was told that he was on his way to talk to me. After waiting for an hour, and telling their cashier that I would call the police if someone did not talk to me about the damage they had caused, the cashier got in touch with a manager. He told her that he did not have time to mess with me, that their employees said that they did not cause the damage, and that I could call the police if I wanted, but they would not pay for the damage that they caused. Is this the way that Todd's treats a five year customer? Tommorow I get to go to my car's dealership and find out how much it cost to be a loyal customer of Todd's Car Wash!

I've been going to Todd's on Johnston and Pinhook for a long time and they have always done a good job. Don't listen to what anyone says about them doing a bad job because I leave happy everytime I get my car washed over there. The prices aren't different either, go see for yourself.

I was at the Pinhook location today and hey did ok, could have done better for the price. Well, I went to there website and printed up thier price list. I had oil change and highest price cleaning done on an suv and a sports car. Well, when I went to pay it was about 22 dollars more than the price list so I talked to the woman that was running the front end. she claimed she had been there 5 years and didnt know that there was a website. Of course the Manager wasnt in and nothing could be done. I should have listened to the ratings online. Of course I will no longer be going there.
