I've been coming here for awhile now ( 3 years ).
The staff is very professional and caring!
Through out each visit they always ask if I was ok , if I needed something to drink , or if I was comfortable enough .
Their shop is very clean and the atmosphere is very calm and relaxing!
The staff is gentle when messaging (Not extremely rough like most places),
when you get the nail on they don't hurt or feel like pressure is on your cuticles, or when they fill your nails they don't burn you like alot of places do ! They do the acrylic on how you ask ( Thick or thin ) and they do the shape how you like it !!
When it comes to waxing they don't burn you and if you have sensitive skin like myself they make sure you're ok and tell you to put cold water on it or if your skin can't handle the oil after they won't put it on.
If you are HONESTLY looking for a really great nail salon this choose this place . 10/10 I recommend and 10/10 will always return.

I originally had a great visit. The receptionist suggested a set of tips that had a design already on them for me I asked him if the tip would allow the solor powder to adhere to it, because I had problems with tips similar to those years prior. The receptionist/ nail tech assured me that I wouldn't have an issue with the nails. Two days later I noticed water in between the tip and the solar powder, I went back to the salon showing them the problem. The nail tech claim to fixed the problem and guarenteed I wouldn't need to come back. The very next morning I could see the powder separating from the plastic tip making my nails looks horrible. So I went back and told them I wasn't happy with the set, the nail tech told me to come back when I had time for them to fix. I returned a couple of days later, after keeping them on my nail issue. No one said a word to me, they where rude while I had brand new set put on using the solar powder that i always get instead of the art designed tip they suggested last time. Then they wanted me to pay 35.00!!!!! I had the jacked up pair of nails for 6 days!!!!!!!! And it was there fault, if you get those art designed tips be mindful, the solar powder seperates from the nail leaving ur nails to get water or food and forign objects to become lodged in between the solar and the plastic tip of your nail. HOLLYWOOD NAILS are rude and don't care about there customers.
