He is great about calling me to give me updates on my orders and makes sure every detail is perfect..right down to the buttons. My recent order for a lab coat was delayed because of an unusual size so Barry offered to embroidery one of his sample lab coats, let the sleeves down and gave it our physician for free to get him by. I am totally impressed and grateful to Barry and will always use him as my lab coat supplier. The quality of embroidery and products are the best in the area. Other places may be a few cents cheaper but they offer the most personal and excellent service in Kalamazoo and in the world...probably.
