Never again!! My husband and I thought we would try from Hertz, thinking it would be a bit cheaper, but from the moment we walked into the Hertz office in Jonesboro, Arkansas, the middle aged lady with blond hair and glasses was sitting at her desk on the computer as if no one was standing in front of her. We waited about two or three minutes before she rudely said "one second." When we had a situation with the debit card I provided she gave us no other suggestions to work around until my husband had to make a suggestion to work it out! While going through this process she was horribly unprofessional, non-friendly, non-helpful and rude, rude,rude and did I say RUDE! From now on, my husband and I will be definitely be renting from Enterprise, where we had awesome service.
