I'm very picky about mechanics. I do some of my own work so I often get the sense I'm getting ripped off with the hours charged. Also, they tend to rather talk down to me because I'm a woman. Not here! They were very willing to talk at length to explain and discuss. The quote I got was reasonable, detailed, prompt, and slightly less than other shops I got quotes from. We chose to do the work ourselves, but brought it in later for something that turned out to be a dumb embarrassing we made in that process. They just fixed it, teased us and sent us on our way without charging anything. They know we will be back!



The shop is messy and sometimes the phone doesn't get answered because they are working. But it is worth it.

I'm not sure what kind of work they do because I can't even get the owner to give me a quote. I have been trying to get a quote on my convertible top for 2 weeks now. He apparently is too busy and can't handle it. I wouldn't mind if he had just been straight forward and said I am just absolutely too busy for new work, but he kept saying he would return my call and he was working on it and NEVER followed up. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! And once he even had the nerve to say he might have time if the phone would stop ringing, and hello, I'm the one that just rang the phone. Not impressed at all, even if he does EVER call, I would not use him. I would be scared to see how long it would actually take him to fix a car. LOL
