Fair prices, showed me and explained the problem, quick repair. Nice office staff. Worst thing I could say is that the chairs in the waiting area are uncomfortable. But that seems to be the case in most auto shops.

I've had this shop do a few jobs for me and have been reasonably satisfied, though I must say that the office manager, the woman who takes/makes calls et cetera, really turns me off by her poor interpersonal skills and professionalism. In fact, I recently took my vehicle there to get an estimate for putting on a hitch, and she barked that 'we can't do that'. You can do all sorts of mechanical repairs, but you can't install a hitch? Well, I took my vehicle to a place on Kings Street and that shop sure can. I just find it really strange. Overall, good service, but a bit puzzled by this situation-------and, the office manager contributes to the 3-star rating.
