For chimney problems, I recommend using Bateman Chimney Company. The small things meal a lot - somebody actually answered the phone and was very professional about how the phone call was handled. I can't tell you how many other places I called and they simply didn't answer the phone or if they did, they were "too busy" to talk to me and "too busy" to call me back. We needed a new cap for our chimney. I called Bateman, they gave me a price and a time that they could be at my house and do the work. The Bateman employees showed up at the appointed time, did the job and didn't make a mess and there were no surprises in prices. If I have another chimney problem, I will definitely call Bateman Chimney Company. And I will recommend this to anybody needing chimney work done.
