I'm handicapped & called 15 min. ahead, to let AutoZone know I was on my way, to pick up a battery I had set aside, but AutoZone Mgr., Julie locked doors right after my call. I arrived 9:50PM and was injured trying to push thru locked doors while carrying a heavy core battery. Management said they did nothing wrong....and injury was MY fault. I had to go to ER. AutoZone said if a customer is injured in store... it's not store's responsibility to help the customer(?!??) Neither me nor my friends are shopping AutoZone ever again!
