I am shocked to see the bad review below. I have dealt Sullivan's Cleaning on two previous occasions and am working with currently on my basement flooding. The first time I worked with them my roof collapsed do to too much snow. They came in and had everything fixed and like new if not better within a few days. They were extremely affordable and the employees seemed to want to be friends with me and seemed to really care about doing a good job.
The second time they worked with us my dryer had caught fire and burnt about quarter of my house. The rest of my home was badly damaged by smoke. They restored everything and were very professional. I had actually worried because I had several computers in my home with several important documents on them. I was afraid I was going to lose my data. Sullivan's some how cleaned the computers even and we were not forced to replace them. My business is ran off computers so this was huge for us.
I have noticed that the same review below is listed on several sites. After reading your review I am curious to if we are even talking about the same company.
Dan at Sullivan's handled my insurance claim for water damage with professionalism and respect. Our sump pump had cut out without us knowing and decided to let about an inch an a half of water in our finished basement. After about few days a few fans and some big shiny dehumidifiers my basement was dry and then came the tear down and replace. It was pretty frustrating seeing all of the hard work we did setting our basement up get torn out. However after reconstruction and once the carpet was replaced it seemed like nothing had ever happened at all. Thank you Dan, and the entire crew at Sullivan's!
Side Note: My wife decided that she was going to spill something pink on our carpet upstairs and Bruce came over from Sullivan's and got it out after Stain Master couldnt. Very impressed. Will be using him for carpet cleaning in the future as well.
Had a fire that left most of my house charred. Sullivan's came in and gave me peace of mind. Though it was still very stressful Sullivan's helped make it a bit smoother and I was very appreciative. They were able to save things that I thought was lost forever, and were able to rebuild my home back to how it was prior to our fire. Though some of the items had memories attached to them, we need to remember not to be attached to possessions and instead be attached to the memories.
Dried our house and repaired the damage from a car hitting our house. They did an excellent job and worked with out insurance so we didn't have to stress about it.
Had a leaky roof, they came to my house dried it, and repaired the damage and had us back to normal in 3 weeks. Great work.
Insurance company referred me it was a nice surprise they didn't undercut me because of working from the insurance. They did great work. Kept in contact with me the entire time.
Price is a little higher than most, but the service and results were much higher than the other carpet cleaning companies. This will be my go to company going forward.
Turkey burnt in the oven and my entire house smelt like burnt hair. They came in cleaned it up and repaired the fire damage.
Dried out my house and got rid of the mold smell in the basement from all the flooding.

Got home from work last night to about an inch of water destroying my basement. Called the first person who showed up on the internet. It was Sullivan's and I am glad it was. They pumped out the water, put in a pump so any new water wont hurt anything and now have a basement tornado going to dry it out. All in less than 6 hours I have been home.

Made the best out of a crappy situation. Crew was very kind, and they worked primarily around my schedule. I appreciate that.
Dan made sure there wasn't a spot in my home with smoke damage.
Still can't believe you were able to salvage all of my stuff in my basement. Thanks for drying us up, and next year I will remember to check my sump pump prior to the winter thaw. On a side note I always thought it was a sub pump. Just another thing I learned. Thanks again.
Have used several and non get the job done like Sullivan's. The process they use and the care the Bruce provides is superior to any other company in the area.

I have neglected my carpet and rugs for a long time. Not because I wanted to but they were stained to the point where I figured I would need to just get new ones. One was a family heirloom rug that has been passed down from my great grandma. I was referred to Sullivan's from a friend who had used there restoration service when a roof leaked and he had yellow stains on his white carpet. I decided to give them a call and I was extremely happy that I did. I spoke on the phone with an employee named Bruce who walked me through all of the information on what he could do. He came over and cleaned the carpets and I was shocked to see how they went from a dull grey grunge to a pleasant whitish gray that I had never seen since my time living in my home. This must have been what they looked like when they were first purchased. It was amazing how good of a job he did. Also made my antique wool rug look like it was brand new instead of over 100 years old.
I love playing in the rain, but the rain in my basement was nothing to play with. I called Sullivan's Cleaning and they were at my house in about an hour and told me some sciency stuff that I didn't quite follow. In the end they had these tester things that told them what type of moisture was in my home they went out to the truck to do some math came back in and knew what needed to go where and built wind circle in my basement that had my home dry in a few days time. They made my moisture level equal to what it was prior to the flooding and I am very satisfied.
They clean my carpet and also repaired my home after the storm. Give them a call if you need anything I strongly recommend them.

The great people at Sullivan's Cleaning came to my house after a treefell on my roof and made it as if it didn't happen. They were quick, and efficient, and also worked with my insurance company so I didnt have to deal with the stress. Big thumbs up to Sullivan's Cleaning and Restoration. Thank you
