I saw Lisa Ostrowski, PA at this office and she was fantastic. She took the time to listen to my concerns and was thorough with her treatment plan. The staff and office was nice too. I would not hesitate to recommend her to friends and family. She seems to really enjoy and care about her patients.

I was extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Dr Rotan and his assistant. It was my first visit to this office and the service I received was very impersonal. Dr Rotan did not even take the time to introduce himself or greet me when he entered the room. The first words he spoke to me were "Alright, what's going on?" Throughout my visit with him which lasted approximately ten minutes, I felt rushed and as if he had no true concern or interest in what I told him in regards to my skin concerns. He simply pumped 6 prescriptions out to me and went on his merry way. He did not ask to see my back which is where most of my concern lied. After leaving his office, I filled the prescriptions which turned out to be mostly for the treatment of rosacea which I do not have. Another was for a very smelly lotion, ammonium sulfate. I promptly scheduled an appointment with another dermatologist at Precision Dermatology and the service I received there was exceptional. When she entered the room, she extended her hand to me and treated me with respect. I was prescribed great medication and she took the time to review al parts of my skin in which j had concerns. Dr Rotan treated me like a dollar sign, I would never patronize this clinic again.
