Provided by YP.comDon't waste your time or money with these scammers! I hired this company to diagnose and repair my LG clothes dryer that was not producing heat. The technician diagnosed the problem without even using an ohm meter! I was told I needed to replace and sensor and thermostat for $250.00. I agreed and the "repair" was done. LESS THAN 48 HOURS LATER the problem of no heat returned. I called the company and was told no one could return to address the problem for 5 DAYS!!! After asking to speak to manager/supervisor I was told a call would go out to the field technician and the company would call me back. When they called back, they told me it was and "exhaust vent issue" and that the exhaust must be blocked. First of all, how can they know that if they're not on site looking at it? Second, why wasn't this checked during the "diagnoses" and if it was blocked, why wasn't it addressed? Clearly this company had/has no intention of standing behind there service. I asked "is it possible that one or both of the parts they replaced might be defective"? They said "yes", but insisted that I HIRE ANOTHER COMPANY to address the exhaust vent blockage!!!! Should I laugh or cry at this point? I checked the exhaust vent, and it's blowing air very strong as it should. It is not obstructed in any way. Long story short, I have the same problem I had before I paid AAR Appliances Repair Team $250!!!
