Delta Dental of Arizona is a member of Delta Dental Plans Association, a nationwide network of nonprofit service corporations serving more than 35 million people and a network of 75 percent of the dentists in the United States. Founded in 1972 by Arizona State Dental Association, the organization covers insurance for more than 435,000 people through over 1,800 employer groups. Delta Dental of Arizona has more than 2,700 participating dentists throughout the state. It offers various dental insurance plans that include Delta Premier, DeltaUSA, and individual and voluntary plans.
