I have purchased two dresses from this store. The dresses are beautiful, the alterations are perfect. I look forward to a special occasion so I cango there and get a new dress. They are awesme people. Great service!!!

The problem with this shop is NOT the employees, but the few customers who maybe feel a sense of entitlement for royal treatment from a place that has more than one customer at a timeI honestly feel people dont take the time to write POSITIVE reviews, from their good experiences, they only write reviews when they have something negative to say So because I had a good experience, I thought Id give my two cents as well We had to come here because this was the place that my future sis in law choose to get her bridesmaid dresses Having read all the reviews I was a little apprehensive about coming here. I have to say, I never encountered negative, or bad service, and apart from my bridesmaid dress, we ended up getting our two boys suits from this place as well. The turnaround is fast, they have on hand seamstress for tailoring, and everything to dress from head to toe for weddings, baptisms, proms, or any other cocktail occasion.

My daughter and I stopped by Princess Bridal today 4/13/13 to find her a prom dress. Well first store she found the dress. Customer service is 5 stars . The lady named Victoria was very friendly and very helpful assisting my daughter they carry many styles and colors to chose from.
