Our first trip there tonight... my son hurt his head and needed staples. The staff were great AND we were in and out in under an hour!

I agree with the above review. I just went to the one at the KMart plaza over the weekend because the pediatrician's office was not available. He was not in a life-threatening situation, so I did not want to go to the ED unnecessarily, but he was getting worse and I did not want to wait. As luck would have it, he was ill over a holiday weekend, so here we are on a Saturday and the pediatrician's office will be closed on Monday for the holiday. I did not want to wait that long so we decided upon EPN. I am glad I went and will certainly go again if this occurs. The staff there was nice, friendly, and helpful. There was a short wait and we had a great experience during a difficult time. I would highly recommend this to anyone. No appoointment is needed, and in our case, we were charged only for an office visit with insurance, instead of for emergency services, which has a higher co-pay.

awesome place to have in a jam when offices are closed. Most people we know have gone there. Just had to take my daughter there. She ended up having strep. Thanks to them we got her some meds. It's awesome.
