Called and made sure that they would accept what we are selling and when we get there they said no. Poor customer service! Avoid avoid avoid!!!

boy was i ****** and NOT even kissed i sold my tennis bracelet 2 them they said they can ONLY give me $45.00 for it saying the diamonds were low quality NOT EVEN 3 days later it was in their show case w a price tag of OVER 700 dollars WHY did they lie and 2 make it WORSE when i got the 45 bucks the fella saw me go right over 2 the video games and put the 45 bucks BACK into the store 4 my lil guys bday gift hell he couldve did 1 right thing and say since ur spending the money here i can give u MORE 4 the bracelet 4 store credit HATEFUL MONEY GRABBERS!!!!!!!!!

these people are CROOKS they paid me 45$ 4 my tennis braclet saying they couldnt go any higher as they were buying the gold NOT the diamonds NOT a week later they had in 4 sale in there case 4 OVER 700$$$$ how WRONG was THAT!!!!!!

I went in and the staff there was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products that they sell.

I was very satisfied with service and go there frequently to buy semi new equipment.

I really like it a lot, they made me feel like i was at best buy.
