I also got a Groupon a week ago, he confirmed my appointment and made sure to note to have the Groupon printed when the tech got there. I have called several times and sent to VM and left VM's as well. No response. I have requested a refund from Groupon.

Purchased a deal on Groupon for Xtreme Clean OKC on 8th of August. That afternoon, I called to setup an appointment. I provided my details, they said the earliest they could service would be a week out (which was a Monday). That Monday came and passed, no call, no show. I called Tuesday morning (Multiple times, finally got through), and was given a BS answer that they are no longer doing business with Groupon and that all coupons were cancelled. Had a scheduled appointment, would have been nice to receive a call. When I called Groupon, they were outraged I had been treated this way and provided a full refund. They flagged this business as a "No longer do business with" account. I ended up paying $130+ for a reputable cleaning crew in the area, with same day service.
