Dr. Ellen Frankel cares about her patients and affords them the time and information needed at all times. I thank her for being a top doc in my life.

I went to get my spider veins injected by Patricia at Doctor Ellen Frankel's office with a tech, which happens to be an RN, her name is Patricia. I went the first time and she was very nice except she was very disorganized, chewed gum to the point of annoyance and made sure she responded to every text. I thought, ok, well I need these injections and we already started. then of course paid the $700.00. I noticed after a couple of weeks that not even a couple veins were treated where they would disappear. So, I called to advise and was told it takes time, then I went for additional injections at no fee, which was the agreement from the beginning, this time they took before pictures because I was not happy with the results . Then, I waited another 3-4 weeks, went back, maybe a couple small spider veins went away. Now, I have another appointment to get injected again. Basically, seems whatever they have to do, as long as they don't give any money back. I have had the injections before in another state and it worked great after only one treatment. What bothers me the most is that they act like they don't see the issue. It's a real disappointment. This is on the side of the spa, my daughter likes the dermatology.
