After Terminix failed to show up for thier 4th quarterly treatment 3 times, I called on Pest Patrol and they immediately set the appointment and showed up when they said they would. The pest control specialist that showed up at my house was very thorough in the work he performed and in his explaination of the treatments...I would recommend for anyone to give them a chance. (Call ahead for correct pricing as thier website was misleading and they self admited the pricing needed to be updated)

This company is a far cry from the company I previously used in Florida. Relocating to the Texas suburb I am currently in left me with fewer choices who advertised in my area. This company has inconsistent treatment routines....you can never predict where they will be spraying, because it is never the same place twice. They also make it seem as if you are an annoyance if you have a question, a billing dispute, or any concern which requires them to give you any attention beyond receiving and cashing your payment. The manager initially seemed understanding about the complaint that his "secretary" is not exactly friendly, then on the next call, he displayed an identical attitude. "I already told you that last time.....What is it now?.......etc". He confused me with another client; regardless of who was on the phone, NO ONE should be talked to in this manner, whether it was me or the other client. Getting rid of or preventing bugs has got to be less stressful than this.
