Excellent pre-installation (carpet and tile) advice, constant communication with customer during installation, top-notch, quality workmanship with installation and on-site post-installation inspection with customer. Service advisor - Teresa Wren - was most helpful - always focused on the customer's best interests. Never once said "no" to any request for information. Would recommend her/the Company.
