I went there today to get my naval pierced & it was the best experience . Me & my mom went in we spoke to a young lady & she gave me all the info I needed on the piercing . They were so nice & patient & super funny . Made me feel super comfortable . I will definitely be back . Thanks guys!

I loved it here. I was a little nervous getting my first tattoo here and the employees were so patient with me. The art work was so on point. I was very happy with the outcome.

Wow, I was having a bad day thought that I would go cheer myself up with a new tattoo. I drove out to my old studio and they were closed day got worse. I called around to find somewhere to go and the Tattoo Cafe came up sounded like a strange combo. Well being curious I took the drive into Cleveland. When I arrived I didn't know what to expect or even if they could fit me in.

Upon walking in I was a little confused they have a bar bigger than most sports bars in my home town. The place is huge and very nice inside even an area for small bands. I started talking to an artist very friendly instantly became comfortable really relaxed atmosphere. I ended up getting an amazing tattoo and made some great friends! This is my new favorite place for tattoos and piercings did I forget to mention the most jewelry in one store that I have ever seen...

Stopped in last week for some jewelry they have huge selection and best prices in Cleveland by far :-) Today I went back for a tattoo and my sister a piercing they did an amazing job on my tattoo really fast and so real looking I received a ton of compliments once I got to work. I love the tattoo cafe and just wish I had more money to spend I'm hooked you got to check this place out..

I was expecting the studio to be dark and a little rough but it is pleasant, clean, bright and well-lit. The staff made suggestions to my chosen design to assure that I would be happy in the end. The artist, Kenn, played music that he sang along and whistled to while he was working on me. He was clearly very happy to be doing what he doing, this put me at ease, was calming and reassuring during the discomfort of the process. He made receiving my first tattoo a warm and memorable experience.
