      Customer Service Sucks!!!!

      I won't ever buy another part from them.They told me that my part can be delivered on the day the item is bought.It was bought at 10am and didnt see my part until the next day.They gave me the run around until it was time for me to close shop.I don't believe that's good business.

      Willing to exchange parts, but they gave me two bad parts so far. I am hesitant to go for a third. I first got a strut with a loose mount. Next, I got a strut from the wrong year vehicle that had the wrong geometry for the mount. I am going to go back for a refund and just buy a new one. If only pull-a-part would let you bring in a sawz-all.

      Very usable used parts that are not "hacked up" or "junk"...A1 in my book.

The company has a huge inventory of new and used car, truck and van parts for foreign and domestic makes such as brake drums and rotors, coils, consoles, engines, pressure plates, radiator fan motors, tires, wiper arm and motor, fender, dashboard assembly, steering and axle beam and shaft. The company has a 35,000-square-foot warehouse facility and is a member of the Automotive Recyclers Association. A & C is also a certified auto recycler and ships its products worldwide.
