      General Info

      Hawksworth Manor features 18th mid 20th C. antiques and fine arts with an emphasis on paintings and, to a lesser extent works on paper. Some are antique (over 100 yrs.). Some of the general styles represented may be categorized as realist, impressionist, modern (including abstract) and surrealist. More detail regarding styles may be found on our Art page. Most works are by deceased listed artists, which obviously enhances investment potential. We are interested in buying as well as selling fine and decorative arts created before the latter part of the 20th C. Our collection is categorized in our Photo Gallery where thumbnail photos of each work in our collection, identified by artist, are displayed. Click on a photo and you will be directed to photos of that artwork accompanied by some information about the artist, a detailed description and price. We have over 50 years combined experience acquiring and selling fine art to collectors and the trade (interior designers, art dealers and antique dealers) nationally and internationally. With the help of our staff most of our time is spent searching out, researching and acquiring quality fine art that we can offer at great, often wholesale, prices!Please contact us if you wish to sell your 18th mid 20th C. fine art : paintings, works on paper, fine furniture, antique oriental rugs and sculpture.
