Long story short, without exaggeration, after having around 20 service calls due to reliability problems, they would not allow me to cancel and wanted me to pay the remainder of the contract off, something like $900. Considering I was paying just shy of $50 per month, I suppose I expected some inkling of quality. Guess again

Contacted countywide for an estimate on a security system for my business. A rep came out and explained all the options available to me . A system was customized for my specific needs and budget. The techs that came out made sure that I was completely satisfied with the installation. The total cost was significantly lower than my Quote from ADT & Brinks which provided a lower up front cost but a much higher monthly fee with a long term contract.and i was also surprised to find out that i now own the system that was not just leasing it.
