We LOVE Northbrook Animal Hospital, and Dr. Monica McMahon aka; Auntie M! Our Fur Babies are treated and loved as one of their own. Auntie M and her staff give the best care, and the prices are very reasonable. Time is always taken to explain care/treatment, as well as answer questions. We will never go anywhere else! Well worth the drive, you won't be disappointed.

We've used Northbrook since 1986 for many cats and dogs. They have been prompt, extremely helpful and informative with a variety of conditions we've had to address. The care is compassionate and all of my questions answered with full disclosure. Thank you Dr. Warren and staff. I know we can count on you.

We have taken all of our pets (and there have been many) to Dr. Warren and Northbrook Animal Hospital for the last 25 years. He has always been kind to our pets and our family. Always! When he has had to put them to sleep he has cared just as much as we have, and has laughed with us at the funny antics they have gotten themselves into. His staff has always been good, kind and caring. I'm sorry if someone feels that they have had a bad time, because I have only ever had the best. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

I am appalled at how I was treated at Northbrook Animal Hospital. My beloved cat, Abby, died 3 weeks ago. I have been waiting since to get her ashes back, not knowing Dr. Warren has been keeping them locked up because of a billing error. When I went in to pay the balance and finally get her ashes, instead of the kindness and compassion I expected, Dr. Warren was rude and cruel and taunted me with her ashes until I handed over my check. To make this behavior even more unbelievable, Abby had lived her first 4 years at this hospital until I adopted her. If Dr. Warren will treat me this way, how badly will he treat others?

The examining rooms at their office were pretty clean, but I felt like they could have been cleaner. Dr. Warren did not fully explain my pet's condition to me and was unwilling to do anything other than continue to give me his homemade concoction of an antibiotic and steroid. My was not empathetic to my concerns about my cat (losing weight yearly, pooping and peeing outside of the litterbox, and skin lesions) and told me not to worry about him. He also didn't recommend any tests. (In the past I've had to ASK for tests to be done.) I left frustrated and confused. When I went to another provider, I was told that his condition greatly concerned them and that he was a very sick cat. My new vet did some testing immediately and not only found out that he was dehydrated, but his food (that Dr. Warren recommended for the past 14 years) was horrible for him and that he had 10 lesions on his body that were all cancer.I will never use Northbrook Animal Hospital again and will tell my friends

We have been taking our dog to Northbrook since he was a pup 6 yrs ago. They are absolutley thorough, kind, and very affordable. My father-in-law recommended them and has been bringing his dogs there forever.
