DO NOT USE ABBEY WEST AC REPAIR UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR AC RUINED AND WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF AND SPEND WEEKS WITHOUT AN AC. Abbey West took my window AC out for just a cleaning and they brought it back with a huge problem it never had before of it freezing by forming about of snow right under the filter and no air, no cool nothing comes out. They kept it for over a week the first time, then after they wrecked it they had it for several days again and brought it back with the problem still there and even worse. They lied to me several times over the phone about how quickly they were going to get it back to me and when they were going to get back to me on the phone. I'm very ill with many medical conditions including heart problems and asthma and have ended up in the ER twice and admitted for two days because of having no AC. This is the only AC I have in my studio apartment. My doctor says my physical condition is deteriorating. Just be warned. Do not use this company. Stars minus 2
