To the person that stated he was rude, its unfortunate that you feel that way. Bob and all his staff have never been anything other than polite and very nice to me. Hate to see someone business slammed with a 1 star rating because your feelings got hurt.

Don't bother. He's the rudest agent I have ever had the inconvenience to speak with. Please, find someone with much more developed personal skills.
