True story. Cops involved. Just for a flat tire!

The driver insulted me. I pointed out that what he did was not appropriate, especially to a customer. He was upset that I spoke up for myself. He then he called an agent at his company. The lady on the phone talked to me and was incredibly rude, even though she was not at the scene and had no ideas what actually had happened. It was initially agreed that I could ride the tow truck to the destination; however, now she tried to kick me out of the tow truck. I got off the tow truck anyway cuz I didn't feel safe anymore after these erratic behaviors. Shortly after, the driver then refused service and left my car on the road at 1am! I felt a little safer when cops came to mediate. All of this was just because I spoke up for myself after the driver laughed and insulted me.

Horrible experience. Would highly recommend everyone to avoid this company.
