On 9/16/2014 a team of two people representing Genuine Care Home System came to my home. They were Professional, caring, Paid attention to detail; I would recommend them to all my friends. Great Job!!! I was very happy with the result.

In response to Kilburn2cox it is unfortunate your standards weren't met during the cleaning on 7/14/2014. As a local business Genuine Care Home Services is grateful to have many local clients. Our detailed documentation includes notes and pictures to assure quality. Our notes indicate that Kim and a team member returned on 7/16/2014 to complete removal of cobwebs in closets and wipe the top of door to rid of dust. Records indicate that Kim asked Kilburn2cox to be present for the pre and post consultation to specifically point out any unsatisfactory areas to which the client was unable to attend both. Two services were given free of charge, pest feces removal and ceiling fans cleaned. The cleaning was completed on 7/16/2014 and again the client was not present to recheck service.

I I paid for their "detailed cleaning" package. This lady left spiderwebs and dust in all three of my closets and laundry room and windows weren't even wiped down. I specified get rid of spiderwebs! I called the lady, she said she would be back the next day. She never showed up and now she's not answering my phone calls. Come on lady you were paid to do a job just come on back and do it.
