awful experience. I had an appointment at 8:30 a.m. for a "touch up" and I was very clear when I booked the appoint that I was coming for a "braid touch up" they didn't have to braid my entire head! I arrived on time they arrived 1/2 hour late and I was told to be patient it would be about 3 hours! After 2 hrs. I was so disgusted I left!

They did a wonderful job on my hair. I live all the way in PA and I traveled there due to Aisha professionalism over the phone and attention to detail. A great experience. Audrey Veitch-York, PA
